Subject to the limitations set out in Qatar Airways’ T&Cs, Avios can be redeemed for all products/packages purchased via this Website.

You may also redeem a lower number of Avios for products/packages purchased and pay the balance in cash. However, the Avios required to purchase a Holiday Booking varies according to the holiday package selected. Members must have the required minimum of 2,000 Avios in order to use Avios for their Holiday Booking payment. The cash portion will be quoted in the applicable currency. This value will be rounded up based on the currency used for payment.

You can redeem Avios through your Account or submit a request from your logged-in area at qatarairways.com/PrivilegeClub by contacting our designated Privilege Club Member Service Centre before completing the Holiday Package booking and the payment process. Your Avios must be credited to your Account and be valid when you undertake the booking. Expired Avios cannot be redeemed.

The value of Avios might change. We reserve the right to adjust the value of Avios according to Qatar Airways' specifications.

• Information on how to claim the Qpoints forms part of these terms and conditions. An eligible purchase in the “Qpoints on Qatar Airways Holidays” promotion (Promotion) is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• The Promotion is conducted by Qatar Airways Group Q.C.S.C, through its Privilege Club (the Promoter)
• The Promotion commences 12:01am, (AST) on [25 June 2023] and continues until withdrawn by the Promoter (Promotion Period)
• Eligible participants are Qatar Airways Privilege Club members at the time of an eligible transaction, who hold an unsuspended account (Eligible Participants) and who pay for the Eligible Package (as described below).
• Entry is not open to family members of Eligible Participants on the same Privilege Club membership or to Beyond Business membership holders.
• Eligible Participants will earn 1 Qpoint (Bonus QPoints for every US$ 100 (excluding taxes) spent on a Qatar Airways Holidays package (Eligible Package) if they:
  • purchase and book the Eligible package during the Promotion Period; and
  • provide their membership number at the time of purchase.
• If there are multiple passenger(s) on the Eligible Package who are also Privilege Club members, they will earn Avios and Qpoints for the flight portion of the Eligible Package, which will be allocated to their respective account(s) in accordance with the Privilege Club terms and conditions.
• Bonus Qpoints will be credited to the Eligible Participant’s Privilege Club account within 30 days after the package has been fully utilized.
• Bonus Qpoints will count towards the tier qualification criteria of the Eligible Participant member.
• In case of missing transactions , Eligible Participants must submit their claim directly to the Qatar Airways Holidays within six (6) months from the date where the package has been fully utilised unless the Promoter informs the Eligible Participant otherwise. The eligibility of the transaction will be determined by the Promoter for processing accordingly.
• The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this Promotion at any time and without any prior notice or liability.
• The Promoter’s decision is final in relation to the Promotion and no correspondence will be entered into.
• If there is a dispute as to the identity of an Eligible Participant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the Eligible Participant.
